## Warm Call Transfer

Sela seamlessly connects customers with loan officers by managing the entire handoff process end-to-end. While gathering information from the customer, Sela simultaneously contacts a loan officer to confirm availability. Once both parties are ready, Sela joins the calls, makes a brief introduction, and then exits.

This creates a smoother, more professional experience compared to cold transfers or basic call forwarding.

## Metadata

Sela supports custom metadata for every lead. The more information you provide, the more personalized and effective our agents’ conversations become. Any fields included in lead creation or update payloads that are not reserved for system use are automatically stored and can be incorporated into Sela’s talk tracks.

## Scheduling

### Automatic callback scheduling

All Sela agents can automatically schedule and place callbacks at a user’s requested date and time. For example, if a user says, “Can you call me back tomorrow?”, the agent will schedule the follow-up and place the call at the appropriate time.

Our agents can check availability and book meetings using:
